In the unlikely event that “stink bugs/ladybugs” occur in the guest room.
Please contact the front desk.
We will provide as much support as possible, such as moving rooms, for those who wish to do so.

Extermination… We check carefully when cleaning guest rooms.
Preventive measures ①… Prevention with a repellent made of naturally derived ingredients (mentha type) with the cooperation of experts.
Preventive measures ②… Implement regular extermination and prevention with the cooperation of experts.
Response in case of occurrence①… Visual removal by staff(adhesive tape etc.)
