Our rice is Uonuma-grown Koshihikari rice directly from Seki Farm!
Gold medal in the International Rice and Taste Analysis Competition for 6 consecutive years
Certified as Guinness World Record “World’s Best Rice (certified as raw material rice)” for 4 consecutive years
We use Koshihikari produced in Shiozawa, 2023 rice cultivated with reduced agricultural chemicals.
This rice is very precious, but at our hotel
Also available in “White Rice Kamameshi” where you can eat freshly cooked rice.
