■Ski Rental
is available at the ski room on the 1st floor of the hotel. Ski, snowboard, clothing, gloves, hats, goggles, and rain boots are available for rental.
　In addition, there are men’s and women’s changing rooms, drying rooms, room lockers, and coin-operated lockers.
Rental reservations can be made in advance.

■About the courier service
You can pick up your luggage 5 days prior to your stay.
　Receiving location: 1st floor ski room / Shipping: 2nd floor front desk.
　Please refrain from leaving your luggage 5 days prior to your stay due to the limited storage space.

■Luggage Storage
Baggage can be checked in at the 2nd floor front desk from 8:30 a.m. on the day of your stay.

■About meals
Dinner and breakfast can be ordered on the same day.
